About McQuillan Irish Family Gifts & Heritage
McQuillan (Mac Uidhilín in Irish) descends from a Cambro-Norman family, most likely the de Mandevilles, who settled in north Antrim after the Anglo-Norman invasion and gradually adopted a gaelicized name. From the 1400s until 1559, the McQuillans ruled that stretch of coast — known as the Route — as its lords, based at Dunluce Castle, until the MacDonnells of the Glens broke their power in battle.
Browse the McQuillan name across woven blankets, throw blankets, mugs, garden flags, ceramic ornaments, framed ornaments, coaster sets, license plates, and t-shirts — a mix of everyday pieces and display items, so there's something whether you want it used daily or just seen.
Good for a birthday, a family reunion, a trip back to Ireland, or just after someone's dug up a new branch of the family tree. A blanket or mug settles into everyday life, while a flag or piece of apparel is more of a wear-it-and-talk-about-it kind of gift.
Pick whichever fits how they like to show family pride — something on display at home, something worn out and about, or something that just sits on the shelf and means something.
