What products do you offer?
We offer Scottish, Irish, and Welsh heritage gifts including mugs, blankets, flags, apparel, wall art, home decor, tote bags, hats, magnets, stickers, and car accessories, each featuring family crests and tartan designs.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to six countries:

- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Ireland
- Australia
- New Zealand
Shipping is free to all of them, with no minimum spend. If your country isn't listed, email us at info@celticancestrygifts.com and we'll let you know as soon as we can reach you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Every payment is processed securely at checkout.
How many clans and surnames do you carry?
We carry over 2,000 names across Scottish clans, Irish surnames, and Welsh families. If you don't see your name or a specific product, enter your name or preferred spelling in the personalization box in our custom collection and we'll create it for you.

What Scottish clans are available?
Our Scottish range is the largest part of our catalog, and forms the core of the over 2,000 names we carry. Browse the full range in our Scottish collection. If you don't see your clan, enter your name or preferred spelling in the personalization box in our custom collection and we'll create it for you.
How do you choose the tartan for each design?
Where a clan has a recognized tartan, that's the one we use. Where a name has no tartan of its own, we use the tartan of the clan it's a sept of, or the district tartan tied most closely to where the family originated. Many clans have more than one tartan, so we choose the version most commonly associated with the name. Irish designs sit on the Irish National Tartan.
Can I get a product with my exact clan name or spelling?
Yes. Enter your clan name or preferred spelling in the personalization box in our custom collection and we'll handle the rest.

What Irish surnames do you offer?
Our Irish range covers a broad span of the over 2,000 names we carry. Browse the full range in our Irish collection. If yours isn't listed, enter it in the personalization box in our custom collection and we'll produce it for you.
How accurate are the family crest designs?
Our family crest designs are carefully researched and faithfully reproduced to honor each family's heraldic history.
Welsh Heritage Products
Do you offer Welsh heritage gifts?
Yes. We carry a dedicated Welsh heritage range covering Welsh family names, alongside our Scottish and Irish collections. Browse it in our Welsh collection. If your Welsh name isn't listed, enter it in the personalization box in our custom collection and we'll create it for you.
Shipping and Returns
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
All products are made to order and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery to the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is free to all six countries, with no minimum spend.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for refunds or exchanges. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email automatically once your order ships.
Discounts and Promotions
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. You get 10% off when you buy 2 or more items, storewide and mix and match across any products. The discount applies automatically at checkout when eligible items are in your cart.
