We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your order, just contact us at info@celticancestrygifts.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition to be eligible for return, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo of the issue so we can make it right — in most cases, we’ll send a replacement or refund without needing a return.
