1. What products do you offer? We offer a wide range of Scottish and Irish heritage gifts including mugs, blankets, flags, apparel, wall art, home decor, tote bags, hats, magnets, stickers, car accessories, and more — all featuring clan crests, coat of arms, and tartans.

2. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on every order with no minimum spend and no exceptions. Every country, every product, always free.

Scottish Clan Products

4. What Scottish clans are available? We carry over 1,000 Scottish clans. If you don't see your clan name or a specific product you're looking for, just enter your name or preferred spelling directly in the personalisation box when ordering through our custom collection.

5. Are the tartan patterns authentic? For Scottish clans we always match the correct registered tartan to each crest or coat of arms. Where a clan's own tartan is unavailable, we use the tartan of the clan it is a sept of, or the district tartan most closely associated with that clan's origins. For Irish items we use the Irish national tartan.

6. Can I get a product with my exact clan name or spelling? Yes. Simply enter your clan name or preferred spelling in the personalisation box in our custom collection and we'll take care of the rest.

Irish Surname Products

7. What Irish surnames do you offer? We carry over 1,200 Irish surnames. If you don't see your surname, enter it in the personalisation box in our custom collection and we'll produce it for you.

8. How accurate are the coat of arms designs? Our coat of arms designs are carefully researched and accurately reproduced to honour each family's true heraldic history.

Shipping and Returns

9. What are your shipping options? All products are made to order and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery within the USA typically takes 2 to 5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. All shipping is completely free — no minimum order, no exceptions.

10. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for refunds or exchanges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

11. How do I track my order? Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email automatically.
