What products do you offer?
We offer Scottish and Irish heritage gifts including mugs, blankets, flags, apparel, wall art, home decor, tote bags, hats, magnets, stickers, and car accessories, each featuring authentic clan crests, coats of arms, and tartans.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend and no exceptions. Every country, every product, always free.
How can I contact customer support?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Every payment is processed securely at checkout.
Scottish Clan Products
What Scottish clans are available?
We carry more than 1,000 Scottish clans. If you don't see your clan or a specific product, enter your name or preferred spelling in the personalisation box in our custom collection and we'll create it for you.
Are the tartan patterns authentic?
Yes. For Scottish clans we match the correct registered tartan to each crest or coat of arms. When a clan has no tartan of its own, we use the tartan of the clan it is a sept of, or the district tartan most closely tied to that clan's origins. Irish items use the Irish national tartan.
Can I get a product with my exact clan name or spelling?
Yes. Enter your clan name or preferred spelling in the personalisation box in our custom collection and we'll handle the rest.
Irish Surname Products
What Irish surnames do you offer?
We carry more than 1,200 Irish surnames. If yours isn't listed, enter it in the personalisation box in our custom collection and we'll produce it for you.
How accurate are the coat of arms designs?
Our coat of arms designs are carefully researched and faithfully reproduced to honour each family's heraldic history.
Shipping and Returns
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
All products are made to order and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery within the USA typically takes 2 to 5 business days, and international orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. All shipping is free, with no minimum and no exceptions.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for refunds or exchanges. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email automatically once your order ships.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. You get 10% off when you buy 2 or more items, storewide and mix and match across any products. The discount applies automatically at checkout when eligible items are in your cart.
