Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on every product, including personalised and made-to-order clan and surname gifts. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at info@celticancestrygifts.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we'll guide you through where and how to send your item back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery can't be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us right away at info@celticancestrygifts.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
