The Purves Clan baseball cap features the Purves crest and tartan printed on the front panel, with the motto "Clarior E Tenebris" - "Brighter From Obscurity."

Purves (also spelled Purvis) is a Scottish Borders surname, historically recorded in Berwickshire, where several old Border families carried the name.

Underneath the print, it's a 100% cotton, unstructured 6-panel cap with a soft, casual shape rather than a stiff crown. The design is printed rather than embroidered for crisp detail and color, seams are reinforced for daily wear, and the strap adjusts to fit most adult sizes (about 22.8" around).
