  • Free Worldwide Shipping: Available on orders over $75

Typically, orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days) of placing the order. However, please allow up to 5 business days for processing during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

Once your order has been processed and packaged, the shipping duration depends on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping (within USA): Typically takes 2-5 business days.
  • International Shipping (outside USA): Generally takes 5-10 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimations and may vary based on factors such as customs clearance, local postal services, and unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@celticancestrygifts.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post.

Scottish Clan Products

4. What Scottish clans are available on your products?

We have over 1000 Scottish clans available. If you don’t see your clan or your desired product, please reach out to us, and we will get it for you.

5. Are the tartan patterns authentic?

For Scottish clans, we always try to accurately match the correct tartan to each crest or coat of arms. When a tartan is not available, we use the tartan of the clan it is a sept of or the district tartan where that clan is most commonly known from. For Irish items, we use the Irish national tartan.

6. Can I customize a t-shirt with my clan crest?

We try to accommodate all customization requests. Please reach out to us before ordering.

Irish Surname Ancestry Products

7. What Irish surnames do you offer?

We offer over 1200 Irish surnames. If you don’t see your surname, please reach out to us.

8. How accurate are the coat of arms designs?

Our coat of arms designs are very accurate and well-researched.

All items are made to order and ship within 1 to 4 business days. Standard shipping takes 2 to 5 business days in the USA and 5 to 15 business days internationally. All shipping is free.

We have a 30-day return policy for refunds or exchanges. The customer pays the return shipping costs.

Hey there! We're Stewart and Anna Livingston, the folks behind Living Stone Gifts. Our story starts in Glasgow, Scotland, where Stewart's from, and New castle, Indiana, Anna's hometown. Now, we’re living  in Tennessee with our six amazing kids—two born in Scotland and four here in Tennessee.

Celtic Ancestry Gifts began with our love for all things Scottish. We started out selling Scottish clan gifts and soon branched out to include Irish ancestry gifts. We wanted to share our heritage with you in a way that’s both meaningful and fun.
