The Story of Celtic Ancestry Gifts

A Connection Across 4,000 Miles

It’s not every day a lad from Glasgow, Scotland finds his future through a local radio station in New Castle, Indiana.

That’s how our story began. Stewart was listening to the station online from across the Atlantic. Anna was working as an intern on the show and asked on-air where listeners were tuning in from. Stewart sent a message all the way from Glasgow, and that single connection turned into a conversation… which turned into a flight… which turned into a lifetime.

Today, we—Stewart and Anna Livingston—live in Tennessee, in a place that reminds Stewart of the Scottish Highlands. It’s here that we’re raising our six amazing children (two born in Scotland and four in the United States) and running our family business together.

Celtic Ancestry Gifts grew out of our deep love for heritage, family, and identity.

We noticed that too many shops were focused on gimmicks rather than meaning. We wanted to build something authentic—something that helps people feel proud of where they come from and connected to the generations before them.

What started with a handful of designs has grown into one of the widest collections of heritage gifts you’ll find anywhere, featuring over 1,000 Scottish clans and more than 1,200 Irish surnames.
