Clan Hay's story begins with a farmer. Legend tells that at Luncarty, a countryman and his sons turned back a Danish army armed with nothing but ox yokes — and were rewarded with as much Perthshire land as a falcon could fly over. The motto woven into this design remembers it: Serva Jugum — "Keep the Yoke."

That legacy is woven, not printed, through this 100% cotton blanket — crest and tartan running through the very threads, finished with fringe edges. The kind of piece that lives on the back of the sofa for thirty years.
